Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The photo shows everything. Fully as described. Many write that this is not skin, I bet. These are really leather Winter sneakers (in any case, I have), with non-formish artificial fur, but high-quality, according to the size table, completely corresponds. My foot is 24,2 cm, as you can see I bought 24,5, just for insulated socks, but not thick wool. If someone likes it very hot in shoes in winter, then add another size. But the leg in my case sat down very comfortably. The color is milk with black, it looks very beautiful, although it seems white in the photo. I was glad that I was not white.
